This past week was filled with awesome dancing and amazing high school and college students. I received a call from my former boss asking if I would visit the Boston Arts Academy and teach her students about health and movement. Of course, I jumped on the exciting opportunity and was pleasantly surprised by the students' enthusiasm. They all shook their "thangs" and asked for more! Even my former boss gave it a try! I would absolutely love to work with these kids again...such a rewarding feeling!
Later that night I made my way to the Boston University dance studio to dance with the SDT sorority. The hour flew by and the girls were SDTupendous! Pictures will be posted soon! You can check them out on my facebook page "sweat with lauren hefez".
